USING THIS WEBSITE INDICATES THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT YOU CHOOSE TO REGISTER WITH US OR ORDER FROM US.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing e-mail from us or from another trader in the future. All you have to do is contact us and we will immediately remove you from our database

Prices & Payment

Our products exclude VAT and is automatically added at the checkout. Delivery is FREE of charge on most products to the U.K mainland only. ( Excluding some Scottish Post Codes).

Credit Card Payment
Preferred payment is by online credit card payment via our merchant provider.

Warranty

All our generators / machinery, are covered by the manufacturers own warranty policy. You can either contact agenerators on contact@agenerators.co.uk or the relevant manufacturer (Contact details should be in your paper work or instruction booklet supplied with machine)

Important Notice

Please note if you have to hire a machine whilst your equipment is being repaired after use, Agenerators (IBBI LTD) and the generator Manufacturer are not liable and will not compensate for any hire charges that you may incur.

It is the customers responsibility to transport the machine to a dealer and you will liable for any carriage charges if you have to ship your item via carrier to a repairer for repair.

Please note that most fuel related problems are not covered under warranty, ie if your carb is leaking fuel this is normally associated with dirt, debris in fuel or entered via air filtration resulting in incorrect operation of float & needle.

Security & Peace Of Mind

All online orders placed with us are processed through a secure server (SSL). This secure server encrypts all information disclosed to us before it is transferred from your P.C. This ensures that your details are not accessible by any third parties. We take the subject of fraud very seriously and adhere strictly to the code of practice as set down in the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 & 1998. We do not keep records of your details that would be accessible by other parties online and we will not contact you unless your permission is given.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out by third party National Carriers & is normally FREE of charge to the U.K Mainland only ( Excluding Some Scottish post Codes) and is normally within 24 -72 hrs. In the unlikely event of there being a delay or the item is out of stock we will contact you immediately either by e-mail or by telephone on your contact number. Delivery is normally between 9.00am and 5.00pm weekdays.

Please be advised that whilst we endeavour to ensure all our items are delivered on time we cannot be held responsible for third party carriers failing to do this. We do not compensate for non delivery of items in the event of you having to Hire or any loss of earnings resulting from non delivery of any item.

Returns / Problems/ Cooling Off Period

All returns / cancellations need to be arranged in writing at this After Sales Link customer service dept

You have the right to cancel your order any time within seven (7) working days, this begins on the day after you received the goods. We will refund the price of the goods in full except where items have been used or where special arrangements have been made for delivery such as a HI-AB or assisted offloading. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within the statutory thirty (30) days of the day you give written notice of cancellation. Any items that are returned by you are wholly your responsibility while they are in transit.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods are found to have been used, misused or badly packaged on return.

Before collection or sending goods ensure that they are unused & returned in their original packaging with all relevant paperwork and manuals . Please note Petrol & diesel powered products must have their fuel and oil removed.

Damaged or Missing items
If parcels are damaged or items are missing you should either refuse the delivery completely or sign for the parcels as being ‘DAMAGED’, on electronic pads this can be handwritten before adding your signature.

If the number of parcels does not match or correspond to the consignment note, this must be stated as ‘SHORT DELIVERY’
It is your responsibility to ensure that the actions above are followed BEFORE SIGNING. Mistakes cannot be rectified once the number of packages has been signed for.

All carrier related damages and discrepancies must be reported to us within 2 working days. We will not be responsible for any carrier-related damage or loss reported outside of this 2-day period.

Unsuitable Items
You may return unsuitable items, at your expense, within 7 days of invoice provided:
They are unused, with all manuals/ documentation, and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Availability/ Refunds
Whilst we endeavor to hold sufficient stock to meet all our orders. We cannot be held responsible or offer any compensation for any disappointment endured if we fail to meet our designated delivery time. All orders are subject to availability.

If we are unable to deliver within our specified time we will contact you to inform you. Will will try to arrange a alternative time that is suitable to you. If this is not acceptable, you have the option to cancel your order, and you will receive a full refund.

Our policy of continually updating products could mean that certain details held within this site maybe changed without prior notice . All specifications are true to the best of our knowledge. We cannot be held responsible for any errors. All dimensions are approximate.
